Expectations & Goals

First, in this course you will learn the basics of self-care including what self-care is, the fundamentals, and why it is important to take care of yourself.

The next sections cover each type of self-care by providing an overview of each type, a worksheet or two to help you understand, and a section on journaling. 

Then, once you’ve learned about the different self-care areas, you can begin creating a self-care plan for yourself and putting it into action!

Finally, the course finishes with some bonus self-care activities that I have included or free in this course!

Course Goals

The overall goal for this course is to help you gain a better understanding of self-care and to be able to practice self-care practically. 

More specifically, by the end of this course, you will 

  • Have a basic understanding of self-care
  • Have a self-care plan in place
  • Effectively practice regular self-care
